Refund and Return Policy
At Saphira Studio+Designs, every event is thoughtfully curated and customized for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not accept traditional returns. For clients utilizing rental items as part of their event packages, all rental items must be returned within 24 hours of the event in their original, undamaged condition. Clients are responsible for ensuring all rental items are clean, complete, and free of damage; any lost, stolen, or broken items will incur a replacement fee, as outlined in the service agreement.
All booking deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event, a partial refund of additional payments (excluding the deposit) may be considered at our discretion. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable due to the extensive time, resources, and preparation dedicated to each event. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
If there are any concerns regarding rental item returns or service issues, clients must notify us immediately to allow for proper resolution. Terms and Conditions
By booking services with Saphira Studio+Designs, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. All services are customized based on individual client needs and event specifications. A signed service agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to confirm all bookings and secure event dates. Final balances must be paid in full no later than [7–14 days] before the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund.
Saphira Studio + Design reserves the right to substitute décor items of equal value if certain design elements become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are responsible for any damages or losses of rental items. Service modifications requested after signing the contract may incur additional fees, and changes are subject to availability. While every effort is made to deliver services as outlined, Saphira Studio + Design is not liable for changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather conditions, or emergencies.

Cancellation Polisy
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. In the event of a cancellation, clients must notify Saphira Studio+Designs in writing as soon as possible. Please note that all booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the initial deposit, at the discretion of Saphira Studio+Designs.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable, as significant time, resources, and materials have already been dedicated to your event. If you need to reschedule your event, Saphira Studio+Designs will make every effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if rescheduling requires new materials or extensive redesign work.
